There are very few products that I like well enough to write a review on; when the Outset first came to Sephora, I went and purchased the travel set. I wanted to compare the Outset face wash to Vanicream. For (1) month I used just the Outset and then the next month Vanicream; this was done for a while. Both products are good, but ultimately I decided that my skin did indeed feel better with the Outset face wash.
From there, it opened the door to the face scrub, which I love!!! Super sensitive skin and exfoliation; no thank you. When I say I have sensitive skin, that is an understatement. For the first time, I could use an exfoliant without my face hurting additionally.
Then the Outset released their face oil and noted it was a dry oil, I thought why not try it, I don't love most moisturizers; even ones highly recommended by dermatologists. Because my skin is dry and sometimes very dry, an oil appealed to me. Even though I had not previously had success with face oils, I'm very glad I chose to try the Ultralight Moisture-Boosing Oil from the Outset. If I could only have 1 product it would be this face oil. It is truly a dry oil and has been a game-changer for my sensitive skin.
