I bought The Nourishing Squalane Daily Moisturizer after seeing it recommended by NYT Wirecutter, and it fully lives up to the review.

The packaging feels thoughtful and luxurious, which makes daily use feel more like a ritual than a routine. This is my first bottle, but I appreciate that refills are available—an added bonus for reducing waste.

I added The Ultralight Moisture‑Boosting Oil as an “extra” for days when my skin feels more depleted (travel, winter, etc.). You only need a few drops, so I expect one bottle to last well over a year.

I am shockingly surprised at how much I like this moisturizer. I am admittedly a skincare snob so I didn't have high expectations for this line of moderately priced products. For years I have used multi-step high end skincare that contain a lot of actives. Yes, I was overall happy with the results but tired of the very high prices. I turned 55 last year and I finally went to a dermatologist for the first time ever, and got a prescription retinol to address a couple of deeper laugh lines that developed. Because of the prescription retinol, I had to stop using the other night time active ingredients I was using. I decided to use this as an opportunity to simplify my skincare regiment and wanted to find effective products without all of the irritating actives. Because of the moderate price point, I didn't have high expectations but I was wrong. Very Happy with this line of products.
