I recently started using this skincare line, and I absolutely love it. When I placed my first refill order, I received an email a few days later letting me know that one of the products was temporarily out of stock and would be delayed by about a week. To my surprise, they proactively credited me for half of my entire order—not just the delayed item.

I hadn't contacted customer service or asked for any compensation; they simply offered it on their own. I was genuinely impressed by that level of proactive customer care. I was already a happy customer because of the products, but this experience made me an even bigger fan.

I tried my first bottle and saw results after everyday use. I love it so much, I’ve purchased a second bottle and plan on using til my dark spots are gone.

I also purchased the travel size skin care and love it!

So I ordered travel size for my daughter and daughter-in-law.

They love outset products and I’ve purchased refills for them as well.
