    Hello, I recently purchased the Daily Essentials Regimen Bundle. I had received a sample of the firming vegan prep serum and was pleased how it worked. However, I used the prep AFTER another moisturizer I was using and before I applied a pressed powder makeup. With the regimen, I am now following your instructions on cleanser, prep, then moisturizer. And it is very disappointing. My face looks oily, shiny and not smooth at all. It certainly does not live up to your claims. I have combo skin and no other issues as far as sensitivity. Not recommending Outset to any friends, that’s for sure. Seems like I am the only nonlover of your product regimen based on your website. Shocker.
