    Excellent Customer Service in addition to an excellent product!

    I recently started using this skincare line, and I absolutely love it. When I placed my first refill order, I received an email a few days later letting me know that one of the products was temporarily out of stock and would be delayed by about a week. To my surprise, they proactively credited me for half of my entire order—not just the delayed item.

    I hadn't contacted customer service or asked for any compensation; they simply offered it on their own. I was genuinely impressed by that level of proactive customer care. I was already a happy customer because of the products, but this experience made me an even bigger fan.

    Thank you for going above and beyond. Exceptional customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Keep up the great work!
