Return Policy

All orders placed on or after 8/14/26 are Final Sale.

For all orders placed before 8/14/26:
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please begin the return process here within 30 days of purchase.

*We are only able to assist with orders placed on TheOutset.com. We do not accept returns from APO/FPO addresses.
*Only valid in the United States. We do not accept returns from outside of the United States. 

• Damages and issues
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at help@theoutset.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assist you.
• Exceptions / non-returnable items
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items marked as final sale or gift cards.
