This balm feels so soft and luxurious. It instantly hydrates my skin and lips. I even used this balm to hydrate my skin when I got contact dermatitis and I healed much quicker than expected. The only reason I’m taking off one star is because I have to reapply during the day when I normally like to only apply morning and night. But I live in a dry desert climate so that might not be the case for everyone.

I mainly use this product for my dry and chapped lips. And I have to say, it really helps. If I forgot to use it, I noticed it very quickly...so it's now my daily companion.
